Welcome to this programme of courses dedicated to helping you improve your emotional wellbeing. This wellbeing program is ideal for those people who are working from home, who face uncertainty and would like some strategies for maintaining their physical and emotional health. Comprising three of our most popular courses on Mindfulness, Resilience and Positive Psychology, this programme will enable you to live a fulfilled, centred and productive life. The programme includes:
Mindfulness – an approach to life that leads to increase focus, reduced levels of stress and anxiety and enhanced wellbeing. This introductory course is intended for people who want to learn how to integrate mindfulness in their everyday lives. You will learn meditation and breathing exercises, and you will also discover that mindfulness can be part of routine activities at home and work.
Positive psychology is a scientific approach to studying human thoughts, feelings, and behavior, with a focus on strengths instead of weaknesses. It looks at three areas of our lives:
Positive experiences like happiness, joy, inspiration and love
Positive states and traits like gratitude, resilience and compassion
Positive institutions like organisations or governing systems
Resilience is our ability to recover or rebound from setbacks.
Resilience is far more than stress management – by acknowledging, understanding and building our mental and emotional resilience we can tackle stress, deal with long term issues and we can even stretch ourselves to achieve our goals, reaching and fulfilling our greatest potential and feeling on top of the world.
